It was almost a washout, as a line of heavy thunder storms rolled in from the east and move quickly out into the Gulf of Mexico. I waited for over a hour for the rain to stop. I could see the sun glow getting lower and lower in the west. I was hoping that the rain would stop. I was also hopeing the clouds would clear and make for a great sunset! With about 45 mins of light left in the day the rain slowed down to a drizzle. Well I wanted to get a few photos, so I got out of the car to a Howard beach near Tarpon Springs Florida, with no one on it. My camera is not water proof, so I kept it covered until I saw this beautiful sight. A few sun lit clouds on the horizon in the Gulf. Well I did get wet but it was worth it for this lovely shot! I hope you enjoy "Once Upon A Rainy Day"!!!!
